سریال «مدار صفر درجه» یک داستان عاشقانه تاریخی را به تصویر می کشد. در اوایل جنگ جهانی دوم، «حبیب پارسا» برای تحصیل به فرانسه می رود. در دانشگاه پاریس با دختری به نام «سارا استروک» آشنا می شود. امّا با حمله آلمان نازی و تصرف پاریس، مشکلات زیادی سرنوشت این دو دانشجوی را تغییر می دهد.
