Manoochehr Haghani-Parast, born in Tehran in 1951, has got BA degree of cinema from Rome University of Fine Arts. He started cinematic activities in 1977 as a camera operator in the Ministry of Culture and Art. He passed away on 4 October 2010. He has directed the following films:
